The Nebraska Worker Training Grants through the Nebraska Department of Labor is a workforce development incentive program to further develop employment opportunities for existing Nebraska employees while meeting the skill and human resource needs of employers and communities throughout the state. Monies can also be used to recruit workers to Nebraska.

The program gives priority to the creation and retention of living wage jobs and focuses on employers in industries that promote high-skill, high-wage, or high-demand occupations that provide those jobs.
