Often called yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that invites the body into deep relaxation while the mind gently settles into a state between waking and sleeping. Through a carefully guided journey of awareness and visualization, participants are led through the body in a way that quiets mental chatter and encourages profound rest.
