The Organizational Types for a Small Business webinar provides an overview of business organizational types and is designed to help participants to understand how selecting the correct organizational type can benefit their business. 

After the online event, the entrepreneurs will be able to Identify general characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages of each of these organizational types for small businesses: 

• Sole proprietorship 

• Partnerships (general partnership, limited partnership and limited liability partnership) 

• Limited liability company (LLC) 

• C-corporation 

• S-corporation
