SOURDOUGH BREADMAKING CLASS with Panhandle Sourdough

Learn simple and delicious sourdough bread making with popular local baker Panhandle Sourdough (Carolyn)!

Always wanted to learn how to make classic and delicious sourdough? Panhandle Sourdough has been at it for years, including at the Farmer's Markets!
You'll create dough and learn during class, leaving with ready-to-bake dough you made, a free sourdough starter, and a sample of delicious fresh-baked sourdough!

***LIMITED TO 8 STUDENTS!***
MUST RSVP and PREPAY to hold your spot! $30/person. Students receive free sourdough starter, plus samples of fresh-baked sourdough before bringing their class-made dough home to bake fresh!

Paid attendees, please bring the following:

...2 mixing bowls for your dough
...One metal fork for stirring
...One empty lidded vessel for your free sourdough starter. (This must be *no* smaller than a pint. A mason jar would work, or a Tupperware style food storage container.)
...4 cups/22 ounces of flour: bread flour or all purpose flour only. NOT SELF RISING. NOT WHOLE GRAIN.
...1.5 teaspoons of salt (this must be separate from the flour—do not mix before class).
