Patty has over 23-years of experience in the childcare field, including family engagement and management. Patty and her husband, Jeff, have resided in Nevada for 16 years, where they raise their two sons. Patty, a working mom, has experienced the stress of finding quality care for her two son’s first-hand. She looks forward to the impact the Employer Childcare Development Program will have on businesses, employees and families in Nevada.
