DESCRIPTION:Childcare Building Blocks is tailored for individuals who have completed our Kickstart training\, are collaborating with Child Care Aware of Kentucky\, or are part of the Family Child Care Network. Additionally\, it supports established childcare centers in Kentucky by helping them navigate and manage the financial aspects of their operations. Participants will earn 2 hours of Continuing Education credit for this class through ECE-TRIS.The program covers crucial topics such as business plan development\, financial projections\, market analysis\, hiring practices\, advertising\, budgeting\, expense control\, financial recordkeeping\, family engagement\, and connecting with CCA and FCC for policies\, regulations\, and educational curriculum.This session will be delivered via Zoom in a single session format\, with scheduled breaks.
