Approximately 135 acres of land in and adjacent to Scottsbluff and Gering are zoned for industry. Industrial parks are owned by the two cities. These parks provide a variety of advantages, ranging from modest, low-cost sites to airport locations to locations on major highways protected by covenants.

The industrial buildings are available at reasonable prices and are suitable for light to medium manufacturing or warehousing and distribution and range from 14,000 to 350,000 square feet, with ceiling heights from 12 to 45 feet.

Other smaller properties may be suitable for retail or office space.  Lease options are available on most properties.
