RIVERSIDE ZOO
Located at 1600 South Beltline West in Scottsbluff on 23 acres. North of the North Platte River and Scotts Bluff National Monument. Accredited by the American Zoo & Aquarium Association.
Houses about 250 animals, including reptiles, birds, and mammals and represents
more than 70 species.
support and encourage wildlife and natural resource conservation. Activities
are made possible in large part by support from guests and members.
Riverside Zoo participates in the Species Survival Program (SSP) for several species of imperiled wildlife, including the Red Panda, Chimpanzee, Spider Monkey and Cinereous Vulture. species
is brighter today than just a few years ago.
Campgrounds & picnic areas adjacent to the zoo. Birthday
parties can also be held, inside or out, depending on the weather.
