LIBRARIES
Scottsbluff Public Library
Maintains a collection of approximately 65,000 volumes, as well as a wide range of magazines & newspapers, video & audio cassettes, large print books, reference materials, and all back issues of the local newspaper on microfilm.
Library activities include cultural and arts promotions, summer reading programs for youth, and preschool story hours. Internet access is available.

Gering Public Library
Houses more than 35,000 volumes, with an annual circulation of 80,000. Books in regular & large print, as well as videotapes, magazines, & newspapers. Overhead, slide, 16 mm, and filmstrip projectors are available for rent, and an opaque projector & VCR may be used within the library.
Community room available for use by non-profit, educational, training, or community groups free of charge.
The Gering Courier newspaper is available on microfilm from its beginning in 1887. Internet access is available.
