Building Specifications:

Location:

Oregon Trail Industrial Park, East Highway 92, Gering, Nebraska  69341.

Description:

100,000 square foot steel building (200’ x 500’) with 1,250 square foot office space, built in 1978 on 10 acres of land. One acre hard surfaced parking area in front of building. Six acres fenced area in back (paved and graveled). Construction: 6” reinforced concrete floors, primarily metal walls with interior insulation, pitched steel roof with interior insulation, 34’ ceiling height in center (500’ long), and 25’ ceiling height at eaves, steel columns spaced 24’ x 36’ at 200’ x 50’ at north end lift crane.

Features:

100% wet sprinkler system, skylights throughout building, high pressure mercury vapor lamps throughout building, compressed air lines throughout facility, gas-fired suspended forced air units, one truck-high dock, four drive-in doors, rail track off adjacent spur runs through building (needs reactivation).

City of Gering; 6” service line.

Sewer:

City of Gering; 6” service line; 36” line in Highway 92 adjacent.
